This class revels in all the different guises, and versions of women. With a song list of all female voices - chosen by the class, from a selection I provide - expressing anger, passion, love, regret, and delight. The woman (15 years & up) will get a chance to become the song, and every different character singing. Just like we all do at home when no one is watching but, with the benefit of choreography. Everyone will learn some simple moves that will be used over and over again. No one will be asked to do anything they are not comfortable doing - choreography or emotion. Their version of the choreography will always be celebrated. I believe embodying these universal feelings will be an delightful, empowering and cathartic experience.
